Every project we have delivered has left a mark.
These projects may have come to an end, but the impact they created has not.
Each one was built around a real need in our community, whether that was helping women feel safer or giving people access to skills they would not otherwise have had.
Here you can read about the work we have delivered, the people we reached, and what we learned along the way.

Project #3

Reclaim Your Power
Reclaim Your Power brought 71 women and girls together for free, practical personal safety workshops in Andover. Participants built confidence, learned self-defence skills, and discovered new ways to feel safer in everyday life.

The impact was immediate: 100% felt safer, 96% felt more confident, and 93% made or strengthened friendships. For many, it was a chance to feel empowered and connected.

The project reached women who often face barriers to accessing safety and wellbeing support, including women with disabilities, survivors of bullying and domestic abuse, and those from marginalised backgrounds. The programme was made possible through the generous support of the SNG ConnectED Communities Fund.
Project #2

Behind the Lens, Beyond the Sport
Changing who tells the story of women in sport.
This project brought together creativity and sport to explore a different side of confidence and representation.
Through community workshops, women and girls were introduced to movement photography in a way that feels accessible and supportive. At the same time, female photographers are given creative opportunities to work with athletes and capture more honest, personal stories that are often missing from traditional sports media.
The aim was not just to create images, but to shift perspectives and open up new opportunities.
