Fit Families Together

Bringing Families Together Through Fun, Movement, and Wellbeing
Life can feel busy, stressful, and overwhelming — and often, the first thing that slips
away is making time for physical activity and healthy habits as a family.
That's why we created Fit Families Together, a completely free Sport England
funded project in Andover.
Our goal is simple: to make being active as a family fun, affordable, and
accessible for everyone — no matter your fitness level, budget, or how hectic life
gets!

Why Join Fit Families Together?
We know how tough it can be:
Fit Families Together is here to help.
We make getting active simple, affordable, and enjoyable—no experience needed, just a willingness to come along and have fun together!
Because it’s not just about exercise.
It’s about building stronger family bonds, creating happy memories, and setting your family up for a healthier, more connected future.
Who Can Take Part?
Families of all shapes and sizes are welcome! Whether you're a parent, grandparent, carer, or sibling, if you want to get moving together, you’re in the right place.
There’s no minimum fitness level required—our sessions are designed to be fun,
flexible, and friendly for all ages.
Please note: Our weekly classes are for families to engage in physical activity together and therefore at a minimum 1 adult and 1 child must attend together. We do not accept children to partake without an accompanying adult whom also must partake and visa-versa.
